About Nichola Koh
NICHOLA is a junior partner with our Corporate Practice Group. Her areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate finance, banking and finance, securities and debt offerings, securities regulations, corporate advisory work for listed companies as well corporate compliance and administration for private and public listed companies.
She has advised listed companies on the requirements of listing and continuing listing requirements, as well as prospective businesses on the undertaking of listing exercises. Nichola has also advised listed clients on investments into joint venture partnerships (both cross-border and local) involving the transfer of assets and on the acquisition of assets for both listed and private clients, including on the structuring of the transaction, undertaking the necessary due diligence.
She has also assisted in advising such clients in managing such regulatory oversight and compliance whilst balancing their commercial considerations. Nichola is also actively involved in the provision of company administrative services to local companies, including to several companies listed on the Singapore Exchange
She has also advised on major mergers and acquisition transactions, including cross-border transactions and on shareholders’ rights and disputes. In addition, she has acted for several private lenders in the extension of loans and mortgage of property.
Her clients span across a range of those in, amongst others, F&B, technology and construction industries.
