About Chelsea Chi
Chelsea is currently practicing in our Corporate Practice Group focusing on capital markets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investments. She advises clients on corporate restructuring, cross border investments and general corporate matters under China laws.
Chelsea previously worked as an attorney in both Shanghai and Singapore and has more than fifteen years of legal experience advising Chinese companies in their outbound investments.
She currently advises clients in the finance, healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, education, entertainment and consulting industries.
She is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
