MARK is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Group. Mark graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2006 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2007.
Mark specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. His areas of practice include arbitration, contractual and commercial disputes, insurance, partnership and shareholder disputes, shipping, employment, insolvency amongst others.
Mark is fluent in both English and Mandarin. He has handled cross-border disputes on behalf of Russian, Taiwanese, Chinese and Hong Kong clients and collaborated with Russian, British Virgin Island, Hong Kong, Indonesian, UAE, Nepalese and Taiwanese Counsel.
Mark enjoys navigating his clients through the diversity of regulatory and legal problems they face and presenting them with pragmatic solutions.
