Titus is a Partner with our Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients ranging from listed and private companies, start-ups, investors, foreign banks and non-bank financial institutions.
Nichola Koh Hui Ling

Nichola is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Her areas of practice include capital markets and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and debt offerings, corporate advisory work for listed companies as well as corporate compliance and administration for private and public listed companies.
