Titus is a Partner with our Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients ranging from listed and private companies, start-ups, investors, foreign banks and non-bank financial institutions. He regularly advises on corporate matters and is experienced on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate finance, capital markets, securities regulations, corporate advisory, investment fundraising and banking and finance.
Titus has advised companies listed on the Singapore Exchange on multiple corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including transfer listings, rights issues and private placements. He also advises listed companies on compliance with listing manual, the Securities and Futures Act and other relevant legislations, as well as ongoing corporate secretarial matters for listed companies.
Titus has also advised clients on licensing applications submitted to the Monetary Authority of Singapore in connection with the provision of capital market services, as well as ongoing regulatory compliance matters of capital market services licensees and other financial institutions.

- Advising Camsing Healthcare Limited, a company listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST in relation to the proposed investment by various investors and its resumption of trade proposal.
- Advised, as legal adviser to the issuer as to Singapore law, Xi’an Kingfar International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (as issuer) on the issuance of CNY1,150,000,000 3.90 per cent. Credit Enhanced Bonds due 2026, which are (i) issued as Qualifying Debt Securities; and (ii) listed and quoted on the SGX-ST.
- Sitting on the panel of local branches of foreign banks situated in Singapore, and advising on legal and regulatory matters as well as banking and finance transactions.
